⚠️ Demo Mode Notice
MarsaTv does not host, store, convert, or distribute any copyrighted material. It is a static UI demonstration with no backend processing. No YouTube videos are downloaded, transcoded, or made available through this platform.
1. Copyright Policy
MarsaTv Converter respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.
Because this project is currently a frontend demonstration only, no media files are hosted, cached, or transmitted by our servers. The "conversion" interface is purely cosmetic and does not interact with YouTube's content delivery network.
2. No Storage or Redistribution
We want to make this unequivocally clear:
- We do not maintain a library of downloadable files.
- We do not stream, mirror, or proxy YouTube content.
- We do not enable users to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or content protection mechanisms.
- No video or audio data passes through our infrastructure.
3. Reporting Copyright Concerns
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that this demo project misrepresents your rights in any way, you may submit a notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
Send claims to: dmca@marsatv.com
4. Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In the event this project becomes a live service, we will terminate user access for repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA safe harbor provisions. At this demo stage, no user accounts exist and no infringement is technically possible.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
